Do I need Excel?
No. It is a Google Sheet; it opens on any device with a Google account.
Is my data private?
Yes. You make a private copy in your own Google Drive. Nothing is collected and nothing syncs anywhere.
Can I share it with my partner?
Yes. Share your copy from Google Drive like any file.
Can I change the formulas?
We recommend against it. Every formula is calibrated to work with the others, so a single edit can quietly throw off numbers across the sheet. Your numbers go in the gray cells; everything else is computed for you. Every tab is protected in warning mode, so the sheet asks before a computed cell is overwritten. Choose Cancel.
What if I make a mistake?
Make a fresh copy from the original link at any time: File → Make a copy.
How do updates reach me?
The links in your receipt always open the newest version. Make a fresh copy from them whenever you want the latest.
What if it isn't for me?
